PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

HIDkit.net attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, HIDkit.net does not warrant that product descriptions and photographs or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by HIDkit.net itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

PRODUCT USE

Some of the products offered by HIDkit.net are for competition, show or off-road use only. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws and regulations.

PRICE

All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees when applicable are not included unless specified otherwise.We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise.

PAYMENT

All sales must be prepaid. We currently accept payments through Paypal. We do not accept COD orders or personal checks. All payments will be cleared before items are shipped.

SECURITY

Financial transactions are handled by Paypal using industry-standard secure connections and encryption for safe service.

SHIPPING

For your security, items will only be shipped to the billing address without exceptions. We may use UPS, FedEx, USPS and CanadaPost for shipping items. All shipping charges are displayed upon checkout, before the payment is made. In rare instances, we may contact you if the shipping charges change. In-stock items ship the same day if ordered before 3PM ET. In certain instances, backorder items ship directly from the manufacturer for faster service. We are not responsible for any additional fee that may be charged by the shipping company (brokerage fees, etc...) or your local governement (duty, taxes, etc...).

RETURNS

Damaged in shipping - If the packaging of the item you receive appears damaged, first, notify the carrier immediately and file a complaint with the carrier. Then contact us with your invoice number and/or tracking number. The carrier is responsible for damage incurred during shipping. All orders are 100% insured for the full value of the items.

10-day Risk-Free trial period – If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of delivery for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. If shipping was free, you will be charged an allowance for shipping. You must obtain a return authorization before shipping the item back to us. All returns must be authorized by us first. Please contact us before returning an item. Returns will be authorized only for items in original, clean, never-installed, undamaged condition within 10 days of delivery of the items. Installed items can not be returned

All parts must be returned in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice must be included as well as the return authorization number we will provide you. The refund will be made through Paypal. Absolutely no refunds will be made after 10 days.

WARRANTY

All HID lights sold by HIDkit.net are covered by a 10-year warranty against defects. Individual or replacement parts sold individually and accessories are covered by a 1-yr warranty.

HID lights are covered under our 10-year warranty for as long as the original customer owns them. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner. If at any time, any part of the kit becomes defective, please contact our warranty department immediately. You will be given instructions to troubleshoot the HID lights and isolate the defective component. We will make arrangements to have you ship the defective part(s) to us for inspection and we will send you a replacement.

The customer must pay for shipping of the defective parts and the replacement part. We do not, in any case, cover the cost of shipping. Package that are shipped “Freight Collect Receiver” will be refused.

The warranty is void if the HID lights are: not used for their intended purpose, modified, damaged due to improper installation or handling, water damage, fire, acts of nature, abuse, vehicle crash, or any type of impact.

HIDkit.net is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of an HID conversion kit. HIDkit.net cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.
